Service and Payment Terms for Dagaz Infotech

2. Service Agreement
- Upon mutual agreement of the project scope, a formal proposal will be shared outlining the deliverables, deadlines, and associated costs.
- Changes to the project scope after agreement may require additional fees, which will be discussed and approved by both parties before proceeding.
- Dagaz Infotech ensures professional execution and delivery of all services as per agreed terms.
3. Payment Terms
- A 100% payment is required upfront to commence the project.
- The full payment ensures the reservation of resources and timely delivery of services as agreed upon.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfers
- Credit/Debit cards
- Online payment gateways .
- UPI Payments
4. Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable unless Dagaz Infotech fails to commence the project without valid justification.
- Refunds for incomplete projects will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and only if requested within [3-5 working days] of payment.
5. Ownership of Deliverables
- Final deliverables will only be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.
- Dagaz Infotech retains the rights to all preliminary designs, concepts, and code unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of services, the client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to necessary resources and information.
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Adhere to the payment terms and conditions outlined herein.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
- Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed and payable by the client.
9. Liability
Dagaz Infotech will not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by third-party vendors, unforeseen circumstances, or client-side delays.
- Losses incurred due to misuse or unauthorized changes to deliverables by the client.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
